What is CribPOP?

CribPOP is a boutique balloon styling service specializing in intimate in-home setups — especially bedrooms. Each design is handcrafted with care, creativity, and intention to help you celebrate life’s meaningful moments in a personal, elevated way.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Austin, TX and Central, TX. Please note that as we're based in Austin, TX if you are 1hr+ from Austin a $100 travel fee will be included in your total price. This helps us cover tolls, gas, and wear & tear on our vehicles.  

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, but we can accommodate bookings as late as 5 days before the scheduled set-up based on availability. Last-minute requests may be available for an additional rush fee.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your setup.

What is your pricing?

CribPOP packages typically range from $450–$900, depending on setup size and complexity. Custom add-ons are available. For detailed pricing, see our Services page.

Can I customize my setup?

Absolutely. Color palettes, messages, themes, and stylistic preferences are customizable. Please bear in mind that some set-ups, such our Simple Celebratory Decor Package, provides more limited customization options but we're still happy to make it fit your vision within those parameters. 

 

Where do you set up?

CribPOP specializes in bedroom displays, with limited availability for small living room or home offices depending on space.

Do I need to clean or prep my home before you arrive?

Yes. The installation area must be clean, clear, and ready when we arrive.

How long does setup take?

Most installations take 1 hour 30 minutes to 4 hours 30 minutes depending on package tier and complexity. 

Do you take down the setup afterward?

Absolutely! We offer a $100 clean-up service. Please note that if you are 1hr+ outside of Austin you will also have to pay the $100 travel fee for this service as well. For this service we will ONLY be cleaning up our materials. We have a right to decline cleaning if we find our materials are not safe or too sanitary for us to handle. Please note that for grid balloons, we always caution you to not turn on your ceiling fan without removing the balloon first as it may pop the balloons or get the strings stuck in the panels. If a balloon is stuck in your fan, we cannot assist with this type of cleaning. 

Do you work in all home environments?

We prioritize safety and quality on every project. Homes must be safe, sanitary, and accessible. If a space is unsuitable, service may be declined and the deposit refunded.

What do I need to provide?

Nothing but the space! We bring all materials and tools.

How do I book?

Submit your request on our Services page. We’ll confirm availability, secure your deposit, and gather your desired design details from you (i.e. colors, custom faux petal designs, balloon flower design, etc.) .

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 5 days before your setup will forfeit the 50% deposit, but no additional payment is required.

Cancellations made within 5 days of your setup are non-refundable, as preparation and material purchases will already have begun and the remaining balance will be due.
