Cancellation Policy
BOOKING APPROVAL & CONFIRMATION All CribPOP requests must be reviewed and approved before we begin. Approval is based on availability, space details, and design feasibility. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Dates cannot be held without the deposit. DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your setup. Once approved and the deposit is paid, your booking is officially secured. Payment details will be included in your invoice. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations made more than 5 days before your setup date: Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. (Deposits remain non-refundable.) Cancellations made within 5 days of your setup: All payments become non-refundable due to prep work, materials, and scheduling already in progress. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule up to 5 days before your setup at no extra cost, pending availability. Rescheduling within 5 days may require a new deposit. Each booking may be rescheduled once. HOTEL-SPECIFIC SETUPS You must be checked in to your hotel room before CribPOP arrives to do the setup. Please add Sabrina Thayer as an accompanying guest on your reservation so our team can access the room. Standard hotel check-in times vary between 3–4 PM; please plan your booking accordingly. If the hotel charges for parking, the client is responsible for covering this cost. SETUP REQUIREMENTS The setup area must be clean, accessible, and ready at the scheduled installation time. Delayed access of more than 15 minutes may result in an additional fee. Please provide any entry details (parking, codes, gate instructions, etc.) prior to your setup day. BALLOON CARE & LONGEVITY CribPOP décor is designed for short-term celebrations. Balloons are sensitive to heat, sharp objects, pets, and handling. Once installation is complete, CribPOP is not responsible for popped balloons, deflation, or damage caused after we leave. Indoor setups last significantly longer than outdoor ones. SAFETY RESTRICTIONS We cannot install décor on unsafe or unstable surfaces. We cannot attach items to fire alarms, sprinkler heads, or high-heat areas. CribPOP reserves the right to decline setups that pose any safety concern. PHOTOGRAPHY & PORTFOLIO USE CribPOP may photograph your setup for social media, marketing, and portfolio use.
